Tema Real Time Tariffing Engine provides the real-time high performance high availability tariffing capability for smart, dynamic, flexible and Individual tariffing and rating.

Dynamic Tariffing overcomes the basic limitation of static legacy tariffing by enabling dynamic data such as location of the subscriber to be used in tariffing.

Location Based Tariffing provides capability to establish Zones e.g. Home Zone, Office Zone, Corporate Zone, etc where the calls (or SMS or data usage) are discounted increasing the competitiveness of the offer.

Group Tariffing allows efficient and dynamic segmenting of the subscriber base and applying the applicable tariffs for each segment separately. Segmenting can be dynamic e.g. the same subscriber may belong to different segments at different time of day; work or leisure.

Segmented tariffs may vary from ad-hoc dynamic promotions to tariffs planned for specific subscriber segments.

Individual Tariffing provides the finest level of granularity in tariffing on an individual subscriber level based on personal profile such as Loyalty Program status or collected Loyalty Points.

Personal tariffs can be fully personal and dynamic based on each subscriber’s selection of services and their current usage and subscriber status.

Networked Tariffing provides the business connectivity between different businesses for cross-promotions and cross-products. One example of networked tariffing is a discount on voice calls based on airline operator’s loyalty point status.

Converged and bundles tariffs allow flexible combination of various basic services such as fixed broadband, IPTV, mobile voice, data, SMS into a single offer tariffed, charged and billed as a single service.

Cross-partner tariffs are based on subscriber status across many service providers, carriers, or other businesses creating value to the customer by combining entirely different category of services under same pricing and charging scheme.
